What you need to do if he/she is not answering your call

Sulking

It can be a high percentage that he or she is sulking. We have to give them some times because there's no use to keep on calling them when we know that they definitely will not answer the call at that moment. So just let them relax and calm their mind.

Send Text Messages

You can send text messages, to butter up his or her feelings because they will definitely read your messages even though they're not answering your call.

Ask Forgiveness

If you are the one who made the mistake, please ask for an apology from them.  Sometimes, they are not answering your call because they're upset with your behavior.
